RPM's standard remote training service, RPM Gold is for the motivated athlete looking to gain the competitive edge for specific goals. This is fully customized, needs-based training combining fitness, nutrition coaching and lifestyle guidance. Each athlete begins with an onboarding process including a movement screening, competition schedule and baseline marker testing. Each Gold level athlete receives a new batch of training sessions every week accompanying a check-in with Coach Harrison.
At this level a full gym set up is ideal. The more equipment you have at your disposal, the better. Since this is custom training, we work with what is available- especially when a client may be traveling.
RPM uses Everfit (TM) to deliver workouts and track data.
Sport practice is physically and mentally taxing and must be considered when writing your custom training plans. For this reason we do aid in controlling total sport practice volume or intensity. For sport-specific skills, RPM refers clients to our network of riding coaches.
RPM Gold is all about customization and specific goals. This is a personalized coaching service to deliver the exact qualities you need. Exercise selection and periodization are fit exclusively to your needs.

At RPM, we take a macronutrient based approach to nutrition coaching. With that being said, we empower our clients to make wise dietary choices as opposed to simply saying "eat this."
Absolutely! While RPM Platinum includes these sessions throughout the year, Gold members can schedule in person training or event support separately.
