RPM Strength and Conditioning is the brainchild of Harrison Schreiner. Harrison is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a background in collegiate athletics, personal training and group fitness. Growing up an off-road dirt bike and bicycle racer, Harrison quickly found that fitness was a priceless asset to make progress. Fueled by passion, Harrison focused his education on human performance, earning his Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and Psychology. While also chasing his own goals in athletics, Harrison accumulated thousands of practical hours working with people from all walks of life within gym walls. RPM is now the culmination and continuation of that knowledge - bringing practical, effective training protocols to handlebar athletes.
